Our business, Inclusive Horizons, aims to establish a specialized adult day program catering to individuals with disabilities, focusing primarily on behavioral support. Located in San Benito County, our program will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for individuals with disabilities, offering structured activities, therapeutic interventions, and personalized care plans. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by promoting independence, socialization, and skill development. Our program empowers individuals with unique needs by providing innovative and personalized support for those who have not thrived in traditional day programs.
Our Day to Day
Inclusive Horizons will operate as a day program for adults aged 18 and above with disabilities, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays. Our program will focus on addressing behavioral challenges through structured activities, behavioral interventions, and personalized support plans. The program will operate Monday through Friday from 9-3:30pm, offering both full-day and half-day sessions.
